Support Worker
On behalf of my client, I am looking to recruit empathetic, enthusiastic Care Practitioners across Shropshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly exceptional service. Alongside a £1,000 WELCOME BONUS, you will receive ongoing first class training and support. £67.50 per night sleep in allowance. My clients organisation provides residential care for young people who have experienced significant trauma and have Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Main Duties: Supporting young people in their daily lives through the framework clearly laid out in their individual behaviour management plan Demonstrating outstanding practice as laid out in the Organisations Policies and Procedures Promoting independence Writing, reviewing and updating where necessary: Behaviour Management Plans (BMP) Therapeutic Support Plans (TSP) Individual Risk Assessments Completing in house daily paperwork for the Service and individual young people Liaising with other professionals to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people Daily report writing Attending fortnightly team meetings Attend any required training Key Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills.
