Account Manager
We are currently recruiting on behalf on our client, for an Account Manager to join on a Permanent basis. Essential skills and attributes required: A minimum of 12 months experience being an account manager Negotiation, communication and time management skills are a essential Have a good organisational and administrative skillset IT literate using CRM systems Be confident with upselling by using sales techniques A desire to learn and grow Able to show initiative and make appropriate decisions for business customers Key responsibilities:
Be proactive in managing and maintaining all your customer records by updating the CRM system Retain +95% of customers who spend a large amount of money per week Actively promote and upsell additional products and services Achieve all KPI’s set out by the company Contact all customers at regular intervals to identify opportunities with revenue steams to help achieve a yearly revenue target Provide a first class service at all times Deal with all issues to the point of resolution to a mutual satisfactory agreement Monitor and take steps on non profitable accounts to ensure an action plan is in place to make it profitable
Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm.
