I am looking to recruit Telemarketing Executives on behalf of my client, based in Solihull, West Midlands. My client offers world class telemarketing solutions to companies across the globe, and delivers offer focused and cost-effective telemarketing that will become a vital part of companies overall marketing strategy. This role offers excellent progression for those interested and the opportunity to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures.

There is also a genuine opportunity to earn up to £130 per week through the Company bonus scheme. Along with general campaigns, they provide specialist manufacturing and engineering, technology and financial services telemarketing. Services include appointment setting and lead generation, database building and database cleansing, surveys and market research, event planning and promotions, and follow-up calls. As a Telemarketing Executive, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses.

Duties and responsibilities: Working on behalf of our clients your main duty will involve contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers. Skills and experience: Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls. Able to achieve a dialing target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign) Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD.
