An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced B2B Telesales Agents to join a prestigious award winning company based in Stoke On Trent. This position offers a generous salary with OTE earnings of £24,500. My client is the best at what they do, and due to several employee promotions they are now looking for their next candidates to join and grow with the company.

Hours: Monday to Friday, working 09:00 – 17:00 with a half an hour lunch break and 2x 10 minute breaks throughout the day. Holiday: 22 days annual leave and all 8 bank holidays off. Your responsibilities Seeking new business opportunities and securing appointments Generating appointments for the Field Sales Executives Being professional at all times and dealing with customer objections

Achieving daily and weekly targets Updating and maintaining an accurate CRM system Promoting services and products inline with the companies guidelines Your Skills/ Experience A minimum of 12 months appointment booking and telesales experience Examples of achieving sales targets A can do attitude and can work well under pressure A natural communicator with a professional phone manner A desire to learn and grow Able to show initiative and make appropriate decisions for business customers The company has been trading for over 40 years and wants the best people to work alongside them.
